 TCM_DELETEALLITEMS

Removes all items from a tab control. You can send this message explicitly or by using the TabCtrl_DeleteAllItems macro.

Syntax

To send this message, call the SendMessage function as follows.

    lResult = SendMessage(              // returns LRESULT in lResult 
        (HWND) hWndControl,             // handle to destination control 
        (UINT) TCM_DELETEALLITEMS,      // message ID 
        (WPARAM) wParam,                // = 0; not used, must be zero
        (LPARAM) lParam                 // = 0; not used, must be zero 
    );  

Parameters

• wParam
  Must be zero.
• lParam
  Must be zero.

Return Value

Returns TRUE if successful, or FALSE otherwise.
